4. No guarantee of results
Karakoram is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no promise that using it will improve your productivity, concentration, grades, or any other outcome. Results depend on factors entirely outside our control.
We also do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies, or that any defect will be corrected. Features may change or be withdrawn.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 50.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Termination
You may stop using Karakoram at any time and request account deletion by emailing [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, if your use places an undue burden on our infrastructure, or if we are required to do so by law. We may also discontinue the service as a whole, in which case we will give reasonable notice where practical.
